Our Chef de cuisine spoils you with delicious delicacies, traditional dishes and Tyrolean plain fare. A must in every Alpine cabin is a ‘Kaiserschmarrn’, a sliced sugared pancake with raisins, homemade dumplings with crisp salad, some typical pasta or a traditional ‘Brett’lmarende’, different types of cheese, cold cuts and bacon served on a wooden chopping board. You’re spoilt for choice. In addition to the menu card, on Sundays you can order barbecue specialties.
